LOOP is an informal co-operative of artists with a background in print. Some of these artists have exhibited internationally, set up print studios, or pursued teaching careers, while others have continued to work in their own studios. A few newcomers have recently completed a Printmaking MA at Camberwell College. LOOP is an evolving platform that has presented some of the best in new printmaking.

The focus of the exhibitions has always been print, with creative and experimental use of the oldest to the newest technologies. The variety and vitality of contemporary print has been evident in all LOOP exhibitions.

LOOP2016 brings together a group of 24 artists:

LOOP is pleased to announce a spring 2016 exhibition at The Loughborough Hotel Gallery, featuring smaller scale work from artists who have shown previously at Bankside Gallery. The Loughborough Hotel Gallery is a recent conversion of a Victorian hotel, giving a spacious and elegant display space to contemporary art, as well as encouraging local community projects.

LOOP is an informal co-operative of artists with a background in print. It is an artist-led initiative highlighting the variety and vitality of contemporary print, an evolving platform that has presented some of the best in recent printmaking.

LOOP celebrates its 10th anniversary.
The first LOOP exhibition was in 2005, and there have been
11 shows in ten years, an evolving platform that has presented
some of the best in new printmaking.

LOOP is an informal co-operative of artists with a background in print. Some of the artists have exhibited internationally, set up print studios, or pursued teaching careers; others have continued to work in their own studios, while a few have just recently completed a printmaking MA at Camberwell. LOOP 2014 will be the tenth LOOP show since 2006,
and the fourth at Bankside Gallery.

LOOP is an informal co-operative of artists with a background in printmaking. Some have exhibited internationally, set up print studios, or pursued teaching careers, while others have continued to work quietly in their own studios, or have recently completed a printmaking MA. The focus has always been on print, but this is not a requirement, as artists are free to show their most recent work in whatever media they are using. The variety and vitality of contemporary print has been evident in all LOOP exhibitions.

LOOP2014 brings together a group of 26 artists:

LOOP, an artist-led initiative highlighting the variety
and vitality of contemporary print, holds its annual exhibition
at The Gallery in Redchurch Street this summer.

LOOP has held eight exhibitions since 2006, bringing together recent graduates and established artists who have exhibited internationally, set up print studios or pursued teaching careers. LOOP is artist-led, and encourages creative freedom by offering artists with a background in print the opportunity to show their most recent work in any media. The focus has been on print, and the variety and vitality of contemporary print has been evident in all the LOOP exhibitions.

LOOP2013 will show the work of 17 artists:

LOOP, an artist-led initiative highlighting the variety
and vitality of contemporary print, holds its annual exhibition
at Bankside Gallery this autumn.

LOOP brings recent graduates together with established artists who have exhibited internationally, set up print studios or pursued teaching careers.
In seven exhibitions since 2006, LOOP has shown the creative energy of print across a wide range of practices. LOOP encourages creative freedom by offering artists working in print the opportunity to show their individual subject matter in their choice of media, encompassing the oldest print technology through to the most recent digital developments.

LOOP, an artist-led initiative, will show recent work at Bankside Gallery in April.

LOOP exhibitions show an exciting mix of new work from a group of practicing printmakers, and demonstrate the variety and vitality of contemporary print. LOOP encourages creative freedom by offering artists who work in print the opportunity to present their individual subject matter and choice of media.

The link between the artists taking part is a background at Camberwell School of Art, one of the foremost centres for printmaking in the UK.

Started by artist John Tate in 2005, LOOP has organised yearly exhibitions of print in London, at the Menier Gallery, at Bankside Gallery (2007), at the Clifford Chance gallery in Canary Wharf, and at The Gallery in Redchurch Street (2009).
