The artists will be present at the Private View on Tuesday 11 September.

The 2018 exhibition showcases recent work by nationally and internationally exhibiting artists. Amongst these artists are accomplished and established printmakers including founders of print workshops alongside recent graduates from the MA printmaking at Camberwell College of Art.

At LOOP2018 you will see a variety of subject matter produced using a broad range of printmaking techniques.

LOOP has been presenting the best in new printmaking through annual exhibitions since 2005. This year’s exhibition from 12-17 September will showcase the work of 26 artists at London’s Bankside Gallery.

The 2017 exhibition features recent work from internationally exhibiting artists, founders of print studios and recent Camberwell College MA Printmaking graduates who use traditional and cutting-edge technologies to push print as an art form.

The exhibition provides a platform for the following artists:

The artists welcome you to the private view on Tuesday 12 September 6-9pm, and to the closing party on Sunday 17 September 2-5pm.

LOOP is an informal co-operative of artists with a background in print. Some of these artists have exhibited internationally, set up print studios, or pursued teaching careers, while others have continued to work in their own studios. A few newcomers have recently completed a Printmaking MA at Camberwell College. LOOP is an evolving platform that has presented some of the best in new printmaking.

The focus of the exhibitions has always been print, with creative and experimental use of the oldest to the newest technologies. The variety and vitality of contemporary print has been evident in all LOOP exhibitions.

LOOP2016 brings together a group of 24 artists:

LOOP celebrates its 10th anniversary.
The first LOOP exhibition was in 2005, and there have been
11 shows in ten years, an evolving platform that has presented

LOOP 2014 will be the tenth LOOP show since 2006,
and the fourth at Bankside Gallery.

LOOP is an informal co-operative of artists with a background in printmaking. Some have exhibited internationally, set up print studios, or pursued teaching careers, while others have continued to work quietly in their own studios, or have recently completed a printmaking MA. The focus has always been on print, but this is not a requirement, as artists are free to show their most recent work in whatever media they are using. The variety and vitality of contemporary print has been evident in all LOOP exhibitions.

LOOP2014 brings together a group of 26 artists:

LOOP, an artist-led initiative highlighting the variety
and vitality of contemporary print, holds its annual exhibition
at Bankside Gallery this autumn.

LOOP brings recent graduates together with established artists who have exhibited internationally, set up print studios or pursued teaching careers.
In seven exhibitions since 2006, LOOP has shown the creative energy of print across a wide range of practices. LOOP encourages creative freedom by offering artists working in print the opportunity to show their individual subject matter in their choice of media, encompassing the oldest print technology through to the most recent digital developments.
