A practising Fine Artist\/Printmaker, Ros produces vibrant, dazzling, colourful, mostly landscape prints. Her work aims towards exploring and creating a magical atmosphere, mostly inspired by an emotional response to Nature.
\nRos explores contrasts of strong bright colour, texture, light and form. Matisse and Bonnard are an inspiration.
\nShe has taught for many years in schools, colleges (FE and AE), plus she ran her own classes, teaching adults painting and drawing for 20 years.
\nRos was a member of the Southbank Printmakers for 2 years. She was also a committee member of the Printmakers Council for ten years (2009 \u2013 \u201919).
\nRos has a BA (Hons) in Fine Art (Painting) from UAL, Camberwell, London (1974),
\nPGCE, University of London (1975),
\nMASTERS\u2019 DEGREE in Printmaking from Brighton University\/The London Print studio (2009).<\/p>\n
