There is a mixture of romance bubbling with lust, religious values and astonishing expectations which gives this Biblical story a hedonistic appeal. Salome could so easily be part of our consumer society, forever grasping for more

GUARDIANS
In this time of climate crisis, I have reworked abstracts I did in the 1960s, creating sculptural heads out of the forms, spiritual beings, Guardians, standing tall in the landscape, like ancient gods. Each Guardian seems to sound a warning, as they attempt to protect our world from our own greed.
